What are the terms of Return and Exchange for International Shipments?

  • International orders are shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.
  • Payment by credit card and payment by bank transfer are accepted for international orders. In case payment by bank transfer is preferred, payment must be made within 3 days after the order is placed in order for the order to be valid and it is mandatory to include the order number in the description part.
  • The option to pay in installments does not apply to international orders.
  • Customers can order any product with a free shipping option. In case the order is canceled or the product is/products are returned and the package is lost during transportation, the shipping fees are not refunded and deducted from the total return amount. The shipping costs arising from the return of the package to Turkey shall also be covered by the customer.
  • The delivery period can take up to 7 working days with UPS and 20 working days with PTT.

  • Orders can be tracked from the 'My Orders' tab under the 'My Account' section.
  • Since the shipments are shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), extra taxes and/or duties may be charged to the customer depending on the customs and/or import policies of the country of delivery; therefore, the shipment may be held at customs until the customer pays this price. After the shipment arrives in the country of delivery, the responsibility for delivery belongs to the customer; therefore, the customer must comply with the procedures and rules of the relevant customs office and the Ministry of Trade in order to receive his/her order.
  • The Customs Directorate requests that the price of the order be written on the package. We would also like to inform our customers that the customs inspectors have the authority to decide whether a package should be delivered to the customer and that there may be rare delays in delivery depending on the policy of the customs office.
  • The Product(s) may be returned/replaced within 14 working days. Replacement is only available for domestic orders. Replacement of international orders can only be available in case the customer agrees to pay all extra fees such as taxes, shipping fees, etc.
  • Shoes and shoe care products cannot be returned or replaced due to health regulations.
  • In order for a product to be suitable for return or replacement, the product must be unused and in its original condition it was received. The product must be in its original box/packaging. The box/packaging must be undamaged.
  • In case a product is suitable for return/replacement, the customer is required to notify his/her request by contacting customer service or by sending an email to info@ Dalgala.com or Satis@ Dalgala.com.
  • The customer must complete the return/replacement form located on the back of the invoice and send the product with its invoice to the address indicated below. "İkitelli OSB Bölgesi, AymaKoop Sanayi Sitesi, C3 Blok No. 123, Başakşehir/İstanbul/Türkiye"
  • The product will be reviewed by our employees at the Quality Control Department immediately upon arrival at the return/replacement address.
  • In case the return/replacement is approved, the refund amount will be returned to the payment method within 7 working days after the approval. If any, legal fees, taxes, etc. will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Customers, who pay by bank transfer, must include bank account information in the return/replacement form in order to receive their refunds.
  • The international returns may take effect on the payment method to 14 days depending on the payment method and the transfer policies of the banks.
  • The order can only be cancelled free of charge in case the order status is not "HAS BEEN SHIPPED".
