- The item you purchased should be sent “Collect on Delivery” by UPS. Once the item(s) is inspected and your return is approved, Shipping fee, taxes and legal fees and all extra fees for your return, will be deducted from your payment.
To return the item(s) you purchased you should demand a return code from [email protected]. Once you receive the return code you can declare the code to any UPS branch and start your return process.
- If you received a defective product you have the right to return the item(s) free of charge within 14 working days. The item(s) should be photographed and sent to [email protected] to receive a return code.

If you have paid with credit card, the refund will be issued to your credit card.
